What this website collects

SalestioPartners.com contains no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies and no analytics scripts, and sets no cookies. The only place we collect personal data is the opportunity registration form described below.

Opportunity registration form

If you submit the form on this site, we process the details you enter: your name, work email address, agency name and website, and the information you provide about the client opportunity. The form deliberately does not ask for your client's name or any personal data about them.

We use this data solely to evaluate the opportunity with you, to register and protect it under the partner program, and to reply to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating a partner program).

Submissions are delivered to us by email through Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Amazon SES) in the eu-west-1 region (Ireland, EU), acting as our processor. We keep the resulting correspondence for as long as needed to handle the opportunity and to meet statutory retention obligations. We do not use these details for advertising and do not share them with third parties beyond the processors named in this policy.

Server log data

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data when a page is requested — including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL and the time of the request. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to protect it from abuse (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a secure and functional website).

Cloudflare, Inc. acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.

Contacting us by email

If you choose to email us at support@salest.io, we process the data you send (name, email address, message content and any client details you share) solely to respond to your enquiry and to evaluate a potential partnership (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain this correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet statutory retention obligations.

This site links to external websites, including salest.io. Once you follow such a link, this policy no longer applies — the privacy policy of the destination site governs.
